Anyone knows how long it take to process the initial paperwork in order to get NTS here??

I got the NTS within a month last year.

CO seems to have changed rules..CAs are no more exempted from education evaluation process. My friend who is a CA and have applied in Oct 2009 got a regret letter in Dec 09 end. He has to go through the education evaluation process now and he is not sure whether the fees paid would remain valid till then.
