Above are some updates I found for the Becker 2009 edition for those taking the exam in the first quarter in 2010.

Are there any later updates than this?  For example, I believe now some corporation can carry back an operating loss 5 years instead of 2 years, I didn't see anything about that in Chapter 3 updates as this change was later in the current year.  I saw it in this article.

Any help would be appreciated on any other Regulation updates.

Thanks,

Eligible small businesses have this facility of carryback of NOL upto 5 yrs. All other corporations have only upto 2 yrs. You may go through all other changes of 2009 tax in this link: http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/article/0,,id=174600,00.html. Not everything is needed for the exam but i prefer reading through it atleast once or twice before i take the exam.

The link is not working. It says page not found. Do you know how I can find the updates?
