Does anyone know if you have 18 months to pass the exam from your first sitting or from when you pass your first section?

It starts the day you take the test.

I don't think that's right if I understand you correctly, LBK. I think that it starts from when you pass your first section. So if I pass my first section and I took that test on january 5, then I have 18 months from January 5 to pass all four parts.

Kfan, I figured that was understood. Why would the 18 month period matter if you have not passed your first part?

18 month window begins upon passing your first exam section.
