With only 5 days left before my test, I'm still having
trouble with chapters 3 & 5 from Becker (finance and cost).
If anyone could give me an idea of what the most important
concepts and equations from each chapter are, that would be
greatly appreciated! I feel somewhat confident on the other
3 chapters, but these remaining two are a nightmare for me.
I'm having a lot of trouble focusing on what is the most
important and what I should cram/memorize before the exam
on Friday! Any help would be appreciated, thank you!!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you don't have an understanding of those two chapters you probably will not pass. I would answer all the questions from those two chapters everyday until test time and pray that it sticks.

I've read all the postings from the last window and these 2 chapters are 70% of the test.  IT is 25%.  You still have time to move the test date out.  You have chapters 1,2, and 4 done - but that is only 30% of the test.

If you have to sit for the test, at least get a Wiley book and go over the cost accounting section.  Do all the problems, then go back to Becker.  That got me through chapter 3.  Today I bought the Yaeger BEC section to get me through the cost accounting.

I found that if I know the formulas well, I can get through the questions without doing a Kamikaze Death Spiral.  Make a cheat sheet of all the formulas and memorize them.  It gives you a place to start for the math problems, and 1/2 of the concept questions can be answered/guessed correctly if you know the formulas well.
