As per Gleim in I/Control:

If cost of corrective action exceeds benefits of implementing of new controls, than auditor should include as the last paragraph of the report language that disclaim an opinion on cost benefit statement

Appreciate if some one explain, whether above statement is true

I know the auditor should not give an opinion regarding to that matter, but not sure should they include a disclaimer in a paragraph or not.
