I am about to graduate from Montclair State University in New Jersey with a bachelors in Economics.
I have a 2.6 GPA and 122 credits. I obviously need 150 credit hours to sit for the exam.
How do I go about getting the required credit hours done? Would something like Keller Grad school be worth it? Does it matter to employers where i take the additional accounting courses since you need to pass a difficult exam?
My question is where do i go from here?

No offense to anyone who feels differently, but it REALLY doesn't matter
where you go to get your additional hours to fulfill the 150 hours you need.
I'm in Florida, I have a degree, I am taking my required 30 additional hours
in "advanced accounting" that is there term not mine. The classes are not
challenging but maybe that is because I have been a controller for a few
years now.
Knowledge is only what you want to get out of it.
Find somewhere that is accredited and take the courses. Online is quick and
easy, but it can be pricey. But I will say it beats driving :)

I also have a bachelor degree in Economics and I went to get my CPA certificate in Delaware instead of fulfilling the 150-hour requirement.
If you are like me, who aim to get your CPA for credentials only (i.e. not necessarily practicing public accounting in New Jersey), you may consider other states such as California and Delaware where 150 semester hour credits are NOT required.
Otherwise, I agree with jettpro75 that it doesn't really matter where you take the course to fulfill the 150 hour requirement -- employers will just look at your CPA qualification.
Good luck! Feel free to post further questions here and I will try my best to help.
