I am taking BEC and my test time is 2pm-5pm. Do I arrive at the testing center at 2pm or 1:30pm? I am assuming 2pm and the test then would be from 2:30 until 5pm. Can anybody confirm this? Thanks.

Arrive by 1:30. However, I often arrived an hour early and they will let you start early if they have room in the testing center. I would not arrive exactly at 2, as it takes time to check you in and you will lose testing time. You have nothing to lose getting there early.

Agreed, arrive by 1:30. Every time that I've arrived more than 30 minutes early, they checked me in early and let me start early.
