I'm a little confused as to how the fees work for taking
the exam. I've sent in my first-time application with an
application fee and an exam fee for REG. When I go to
submit for my next exam, do I need to pay for just the exam
I want to take or do I pay any other additional fees?

you will have to pay registration fees everytime you apply for a NTS..be it for one paper or 2 or more...the fees will depend on whether you are first time candidate or re-examination candidate...so if you can take 2 tests in 6 months then apply for their NTS together to avoid additional charges..the more parts you combine the cheaper it will be..but no so much as to justify signing up for more than you can take..
