Here is my situation, I was supposed to take the REG part on Feb 10th (Wednesday), but the test center canceled my test
due to the inclement weather in New York.
My NTS expired on that day Feb 10th. How can I get an extension to
reschedule?
I've called prometric and they told me to contact NYS board of accountancy, then I called NYS board and they let me call NASBA, and then I called NASBA they asked me to send an email stating all the issues and no one will answer the phone but replying email in 5 business day.
I've been prepared for the test, but now I even don't know when can I get a new NTS to schedule. Anyone had the same situation before? Please give me some advices what should I do now? Who should I speak to or contact with? I am kinda desperate now....

For personal reasons, I had to request for an NTS extension and was able to do so by contacting the state board (CA for me). With that said, just call your state board and someone there should be able to assist with you on that.
