I received my Payment Coupon by email today and went on NASBA.org to pay my exams fees, upon entering my credit card info and clicking submit it to me to the Payment Confirmation page.
I thought everything went alright, but then I looked at the page again and noticed that next to "Candidate" there is a blank spot and the only identifying records on the confirmation page are the last 4 digits of my credit card and a transaction #. I was hoping to receive at least a confirmation email, but have received nothing so far (its been about an 2 hours).
Also, when I visit the NSABA.org website, it lets me go through the whole Coupon Payment process. I would have thought it would at least take me to a confirmation page or a new page with directions on what to do after paying the Payment Coupon.
I'm tempted to submit my credit card information again, but I really can't afford getting charged twice. Am I being a paranoid or did my payment not go through??
