I'm losing motivation, I've taken every exam and I haven't
passed ONE!! I know two people who took it for the first
time and have passed them on the first try! Really getting
frustrated... =(

Same here!  I'm taking FAR on Friday and I am trying so hard to stay positive and optimistic. It's going to boil down to how bad do you (and I) want the CPA designation.  Don't compare yourself to folks that pass on the first try...you are not them and you do not have the same work schedules, family pressures, etc. One problem might be that you are going from section to section. My suggestion is to concentrate on one or two sections and stay with them until you pass.  FAR is the hardest (in my opinion) so if I fail my attempt on Friday, I will re-apply for FAR in April.  My husband jokes that I am studying now for my retake in April. I also have a notice to schedule for BEC in April/May...but I will re-take FAR before I move on to BEC in the next window.

You can do this!! Just set your mind to it and keep working towards your goal! Good luck to you!

Are you trying to memorize the materials?  If so, then you will not pass.  You need to understand and dig deep on the material.  This is what I learned from a friend that passed on her second try.
