Quick question - I have already applied and received my NTS for two sections of the exam.

I would like to apply for the other two (which I hear is a much quicker process). If I apply in March, will the six month testing window for the two new exams begin sometime during March or on April 1, since April is a testing month?

Also, if my testing window is hypothetically April 1 - October 1, and I take a section in May and fail, can I take that section again in August or something?
