What happens if my GMAT is not all that great?

I hate standardized exams.

What school did you go to?

I think they might use it as a gauge compared to others.  I'm sure its not the main factor, just extra.


The competition is tough, so I am sure they look at grades, gmat, and school, work experience, etc.
