I am planning to take CPA exam from Delaware as I have 3 year bachelors degree from India but I want to get license from California.
Is this a possibility or someone can provide a feedback.

You can take CPA exams from any prometric testing center
all over the US. You just need to apply to California Board
of Accountancy. Google it and in the Board's website there
are instructions on how you can take apply and take the cpa
exam.
