I am planning to use the 2009 study material for all sections this year. I know there are going to be differences in the books between 2009 and 2010 (otherwise why buy the newest?) but are there any real changes in the material tested in the 2010 exams compared to 2009? For example, I know in 2009 there was that change in accounting for consolidations. Anything like that in 2010 for any other the sections?

Thanks!

Here is a link to the updates on Becker:

But I was wondering, Does anyone know of a place you can get updated questions for the updated rules?

I decided after researching a little online- I am going to buy a Wiley book and use it as a supplement...

You guys might want to do the same.
It runs for about $40 a book

Probably a good idea. I just don't understand why there isn't an easy to find resource from someplace like NASBA that can let candidates know what changes have been made from year to year, or exam window to exam window. Since they make the test is it really a stretch to inform us of those changes?

Maye they have deals with the companies that produce review materials to keep people buying their books. I mean, who's going to waste money on new 2010 books if you know that nothing has changed from 2009?

I'm just going to do some Google searching of new pronouncements from 2009 and see if any may apply my my exam. If I find anything significant I might buy Wiley for that detail.
