I am going to take exam on monday i m weak in law area.I do not know the bankrupcy.

Where should i concetrate more? Please help me

I would concentrate on agency/principal and the CPA liability areas. I just took my test yesterday, and based on what I saw you should not be that worried about bankruptcy (of course every exam is different though).

Hi 2010cpa,

According to my exam experiance, I dinn't see any que from bankrupcy. I think you are fine with basic understing.

I took REG today and there might have been one question on bankruptcy. If there was, I don't remember what it was.
