I plan on giving BEC towards the end of July and I am using the Becker 2009 materials for preparation. I would like to know from candidates who have recently appeared for the exam or who are preparing to give BEC soon, if I would be fine studying with the 2009 materials. I have also referred to the updates on the Becker's website and have not found any major change or update..Please advise.

No worries, you should be fine... I am using 2008. I also have Becker 2010 book but there is no any major change from 2008 to 2010.

One of my friend did BEC 2009, he used 2004 book and he passed with 79.

I used 2007 materials to pass AUD and REG. BEC isn't a topic that's likely to change a lot, so I'm using 2007 again.

I wouldn't worry about using older material unless you're taking an exam after the new year. With the major changes that are coming you'll want 2011 material if you take it in 2011.
