Fahad, exam always makes a difference. There is always certain luck involved.
Study as hard as you can, get not less than 85% on mcqs, check the guidelines about the essay/memo format, and you will be fine. Your grades are actually good. You just need a little more studying and better understanding of the concepts. I would definitely advise you to buy the Gleim CD for AUD ($50). I was able to get over 90 after failing the AUD first time around.

Fahad - Do not feel discouraged. Give it your best. I feel the same at times and I am almost ready to give up but I tell myself that no gains without any pains.

I have also to retake Aud in July since i failed with a 69. It was disheartening to learn that inspite of giving it all your effort you were not able to clear. I have also come to believe that there is luck involved. I guess it does make a difference when you study the material again and you probably understand and remember it better.

I am using the Yeagar HS to understand the theory and I do have Gleim CD for addnl practice.

goodluck.

I'm taking AUD in early July, but I can't manage to force myself to study.  Studying for BEC/FAR was actually work for me, but AUD is mostly boring unconscious learning through repetition.

I'm using Yaeger/Gleim/CPAexcel and they are all booooooring.
