i have FAR on 8/04, a week from today and was wondering how i should spend these last few days. ive gone thru all the becker material twice and recently purchased the gliem online program for FAR and do 50 random mcq's before i start my review for the day and have been scoring consistently in the low to mid 80s. im prob gonna start doing 150 questions per day (3 sets of 50) starting tomm up until exam day

the only thing is i have not even touched simulations and written communications yet.  how much time should i allocate to these? ppl have said that sims arent too bad and dont waste too much on it, but will i be fine if i just do 3-4 sims in becker or should i go thru atleast 10 of them?

1 week!!! ahhhh help!

Make sure you pay enough attention to the simulations. They are worth 30% of your grade. Just keep reviewing the material you have covered each day and concentrate on the areas that give you trouble. I take FAR tom and would suggest working as many sims as you can. Practice helps improve your writing skills and you gain an understanding of how the sims are set up. Don't forget the Becker final exams on the CBT software! Good luck!

I don't think the simulations are helpful, other than the fact they help you get used to how to work through, and how the software works.

As far as doing well, if you know the material and how to answer the mcq's then you should be fine on the simulations.

I was practicing simulations - they are as good for material review as MCQ.  For the written part, I practiced couple of them just to remember to do introductory couple sentences, and sum up at the end.
