What is big 4 training like? My friend knew someone who did training at a smaller firm and they already started ranking the people and trying to weed them out. Do they do that at the big 4?

I went through training at a smaller firm and there was no sort of
weeding out. Im curious too about Big 4 training. Anyone?

Snake said there wasn't at the big 4 before his post got deleted. I think that my friend was just at a really bad firm. They also had a ridiculous non-compete agreement.

If it's anything like it was 2 years ago, everyone sits
around not answering questions while the instructors try to
squeeze blood from a stone.
In other words, a cake walk. However, your instructor might
be your senior on one of your jobs. So that's something to
at least consider.
