I studied business as an undergrad, I did not major in accounting, but I took two accounting classes.

I went back to the same University later for an MBA in finance and then I took two more accounting classes.

These were regular, semester long, three credit classes. 

The first time around I might have gotten Cs.

Do these claases count towards the CPA education requirement, and would it fulfill the requirement? (I realize it does vary by state but in general)
