I have completed my B.COM from India & Federal tax course too from USA.My subjects in B.COM where Corporate,Cost,Management,Tax,Business law & Quantitative Techniques, am I eligible for Delaware state if not which State do I qualify for.

Yes, you should be eligible for DE. The issue for you will be that you will
need to pass the exam and show DE that you have four years of acceptable
work experience all before the end of July 2011. There may be a different
state that you can write for that will not have these restrictions but it would
depend on a number of factors that you have not outlined above.

But I missed "Auditing" as a subject. it was excluded.
