Quick question for anyone who might be able to help? I am a Canadian / Pakistan dual citizen and live in Canada. I want to take Delaware CPA exam. Two questions:

1. Is DE board participating in International testing?

2. Can I take the exam in UAE. I understand there is aresidency requirement? Meaning I should be living in UAE to be eligible to take the exam from UAE. I called AICPA and that what they told me. So it seems I can not go to UAE and sit in the exam there?

We do not yet know whether Delaware is participating in International
Testing, details were to be released this fall but so far no confirmation on
which states will opt in to this.

Also, if you do not live in the UAE you will not be able to sit for the exam
there but as you live in Canada, that should not be too much of an issue for
you unless you feel that you will have a problem getting a visa to travel
south to the U.S.
