I get 150 credit for Colorado state.
But i need to do auditing course which has 3 credit.
Please any one suggest me online college or university
which has less fees and which does not require any English
proficiency exam (TOEFL).

Raritan Valley Community College (NJ)
or
Lousiana State University Online courses.
There may be other schools that offer Auditing online

It should accept it from both LSU and RVCC. Both are
regionally accredited. LSU is the traditional distance
education course. You can scan submit coursework via email.
Exams must be proctored and taken locally.
RVCC is an online course with Blackboard and all other
trappings of a college course.
