Well, i am glad thats over. Unfortunately, i think i may be studying again for this section rather soon. First off, my test started over an hour late due to software problems at the prometric. That got me flustered of course but it is what it is. As for MCQ, I can say there were certainly a few things that caught me off guard but for the most part the content specification is pretty accurate. Tax was obviously the majority of the questions and they were pretty broadly based across the different areas of taxation. For Law, definitely know ethics very well and for the rest of law i would certainly study it but save the majority of your time and effort for Tax. My sims are where i really think I blew it. My only hope is that others bombed them as bad as I did. I guess I was expecting sims similar to the wiley book (i.e. fill in a tax statements or multiple choice items) but every single tab was fill in the blank with very random subjects and were overall very difficult. Overall, I didnt feel really comfortable with the material going in and afterwards I certainly dont feel very confident but at least it will serve as a learning experience albeit an expensive one. So for those out there studying i would just say really make sure you really have a good grasp of everything particularly tax or do yourself a favor and reschedule.

Thank you for sharing. I started feeling nervous. I only have less than 12 hours left. Can you suggest what the ordering I should focus on now?
-Read Ancillary of Law part which I have never read through once
-Read businesses structure (old BEC) which I have never read through once
- Review Tax again
- Review Ethic/Cir. 230
-Review law
Thanks! And Good luck to you!

It's VERY UNFAIR WHY simulations are hit us like the side
of a truck.
How can we prepare if nobody knows what the simulations
will be/?? Corp tax, amt, ace, trusts, what to know more?

I'm taking it on monday. For those who used Becker to prep, How are the becker questions compared to the actual exam?
Which ancillary materials are worth looking over again?
I wish everyone luck with their exams... With this being my first exam and going through this whole process... it is definitely draining and exhausting.
