I am programmer not an accountant, but i need your advice.

I am writing a system that could collect generalized data about a company from various public records: things like number of employees, revenue, maybe names of company directors and senior staff.

So i am trying to find out which publicly available reports include that data.

For example i found that SEC's "Form 10-K" has all the data i need but
this form is filled only by large companies which issue shares.

What about small companies having only 3-15 employees ?
Is there any report which obliges company to disclose that data ?
