Hi,

I was wondering based on previous experiences from people in this forum, is it reasonable to study REG for 4 weeks and take it by the last day of the testing period (May 31st)? I plan to study this weekend using Becker. I have considered waiting until July 1st but I do not want to wait until the end of September to receive my score.

It really depend on your previous knowledge on these
materials.

If you never touched tax and business laws in your life,
than I highly doubt you can pass it with just 4 weeks.

On the other hand, if you took classes on these subjects
before and had a pretty good concept about these topics,
it's definitely possible to pass it with 4 weeks of intense
study.

Are you working? I did it in not working. I studied a
little before BEC, but mostly in the 3 weeks after. But
having taken it before helped a lot. And I've had quite a
few tax classes, which helped too.

3 weeks for me... Although I am studying full-time.... I volunteered for the income tax assistance program for two years, and i found that it helped me A LOT in terms of understand the materials.
