I am in the beginning phase of studying and have only taken one part of the exam.   I'm looking for all the motivation I can find. This was actually a really helpful and motivational exercise. I have this saved on my phone and I read it whenever I need an extra boost.

I study for the CPA exam.. 

Because I always said I would.

So that in a few years I will be able to spend all of my time away from the office with my husband and our children.

Because it's on my list.

So that one day I won't feel guilty about reading a book for fun. 

Because I look forward to the day when I can make plans without first consulting my study schedule.

So I will make more money and be more promotable.

Because I won't ever have to do this again.

So I will have more confidence in my abilities. 

Because all the tools are in front of me, it just takes my dedication and effort. 

Because I know I can do it.

So, why are you studying for the CPA exam?
