I am currently reviewing Tax exempt org information and had a question about UBI. I understand that any UBI greater than 1000 requires the org to submit a form 990. However, if a question were to ask "what is the orgs UBI" would it be ALL UBI or would it be ALL UBI less the 1000 threshold? I am assuming that this 1000 only applies to the the filing of a form 990, but i wanted to double check.
