HEY EVERYONE,
I am taking REG on NOV 30th. I went over pretty much every chapter except Gift and Estate tax. I know all the other chapters pretty good. Is this a very important topic for the exam. Can I slide by without it?

I would definately spend some time reviewing gift and estate tax. If you are crunched for time, perhaps review the gift tax portion (as a lot of it was probably covered in your individual tax chapters) and focus more on estate tax. There are elections, filing rules, definitions, exclusions, etc. that could trip you up and may not have been addressed anywhere else.
Yes it is an important chapter. I took the exam twice and both times I had a sim on these topics. If you are able to, please review the MQ's for them. Good Luck!
