I just got offer from EY, and they are currently running a background
investigation on me. I listed 3 references, and also sent them emails
regarding the coming reference check. I also requested my own credit check,
which says that my credit score is "good". Besides, I did make sure that my
GPA, degree and work history are correct.
Can anyone tell me more about the background check? Is there anything else
I should be worried about, and how long will I hear from them?
Thanks for any reply!

Is there something that you're concerned about that you don't want them to find? If not I wouldn't worry about it. This is nothing like an FBI background check, which are notoriously thorough.

The background check is nothing to worry about. You should hear back from them in about 10 days or so. It will check your driving record, education, credit, and a few other minor things. Hope this helps.

Thank you Ellipsis123 & Smartbrotha07. You relieved me a lot.
The only thing I concerned is that my GPA was 4.0 during office interview,
but I got a B this semester, and my GPA dropped to 3.89. Will that be a
problem?
Yes, I had speeding tickets. Does that matter?
I also got an offer from government, and the FBI ran the background
investigation for me as well. I just got cleared today. Does it mean I would
have no problem with big 4?
