I was browsing to all the university and colleges and finally came down to
two LSU and UCLA for federal taxation course ( for enrolling with delaware
board).
I want to finish the course asap, as i want to enroll with delaware before
july2012, due to their new regulation.
Can anyone tell me which University is better and can quickly give me the
certificate and transcript.

I like the UCLA online taxation courses. Choose the professors who have an accounting background. The last instructor I had was not a CPA and her questions were nonrelated and irrelevant. I didn't get much out of it but fortunately I was already familiar with the class material.
