I have attended one section(REG) in Nov.2011 but fail, and I want retake the exam in Feb 2012 before the NTS expire in March 2012, what should I do to reapply the exam? The CPA officer told me to first cancel the open NTS, and once that NTS is closed, then I will be able to re-register. And my question is why I have to cancel the open NTS, do I have to reapply for a new NTS ? Urgent for your kindly help !!! Thanks!
