A friend of mine waited over two weeks to see a sample 45 minute video and sent two emails to the director with no reply. Then he complained and the director decided to retract her offer to see the sample video and suggested to go elsewhere. When brought to the attention of the faculty, they also did not care.  How is that for service!

My suggestion is to AVOID NIU CPA Review, and go with Roger, Yaeger, or CPAexcel as they offer great service and support!
