I'm not going to be able to finish Roger - I'm halfway through. I've done
personal & corporate tax, employment & environmental regs.
I still have in the course - Partnership Tax, Contracts, Sales, Agency, Property
Law, Insurance, Estates, Depreciation, Property Txns, Tax-Exempt, Filing
Requirements, Commercial Paper, Secured Txns, Bankruptcy, Suretyship &
Final Review.
Besides Final Review, what would you recommend I focus on between now &
Friday? I have my MSAT in Tax and I teach Fed Tax (undergrad), and I have
my MBA & 3 semesters of B-Law but it's been 20 years. I'm skimming
quickly - no time!!! Advice please???

I wouldn't worry about "getting through section" and learning material at this point. Work multiple-choice questions non-stop until your test. Also throw in simulations. This way your technique will be refined and you'll win the exam. Give your scores on the previous three, I think you'll be fine!

I can DEFINITELY understand the feeling of nervousness. In fact, I'm nervous right now, waiting for my score to come back!
