Hey guys
I am using the becker material(2011) and i found out that in some topics becker just classified as ancillary material. However I hear that the 2012 edition has put some of these self study material into teaching in R8. I am just wondering if these are heavily tested now in 2012?
R4 Ethical and professional responsbility in tax service, federal tax procedures and legislative process.

Ethics & antitrust were heavily tested on my exam. There was some stuff on
IP - copyrights, patents, and trademarks. The only thing on
employer/employee was agency theory, which gets dicey when you have
someone that doesn't disclose that they work for someone else and they
enter into a contract.
So I'd say, definitely yes, study it well. That was all part of the standard
material for Roger.
