Check page on F2-20 in Becker 2011 edition. For computer software developed internally expense cost incurred for the preliminary project state and capitalize cost after the preliminary project state. The preliminary project state is like establishing technological feasibilty as per Becker.

Thanks,
I do not have becker book , although i am studying from Exam matrix, wiley and becker passmaster. Exammatrix questions are relatively easier and have done them twice , but i found few topics in becker , espeically consolidation, where they go way too deep.
Thanks for the explanation.
