Who sends you wall certificates once you meet your license requirements?

1) State board of Accountancy?

2) Your State's Society of CPAs?

3) AICPA?

Also, what size are they normally?

I got a nice one from the Indiana CPA Society (11" x 14"), but just a small one from the license bureau (5" x 7").
