I am active CPA but none of accounting jobs have worked more than an
year.I work very hard but they tell me that I lack analytical and problem
solving skills even though I complete my work with minimum mistakes.I
recently got a new job as a Senior Accountant with a 100 million
company and the pay is 75k.Now I am worried feeling that such a small
company paying that much money will overload me with work and then
they might eventually complain that I lack analytical skills.

I also have an offer with a large bank for a senior accountant role
paying a little more but the commute is long so I am not taking that
offer.

Please guide me what to do.

Thanks
