I did some research on ACCA. It is the UK based Chartered Accountancy thing. Is the IFRS course offered by it, valid worldwide?

Any knowledge about how this exam works? Costs and time involved?

There is an instt. in Delhi named Takshila Learning Pvt Ltd which offering
