hey, everyone. here is my question:

the client is a resident in CT and he earned $15 interest from muni-bond issued from other state. is this $15 interest taxable in his CT's individual tax return?

Depends on what the other state is. If it's Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or U.S. Virgin Islands, then no. Otherwise yes.
