We are in the business of making items for electronics manufacturing businesses. These products are consumables which are customized, have turns on sales in the 16-20x area. I am trying to get a range of shrinkage in order to have a solid input in to the dashboard and make sure we have some goals to shoot for to measure the operations of our buisness. Can anyone provide some input in to this matter?
