I am a CA from India and a CPA from California , U.S.A. thinking of working on Outsourcing of Book keeping and Accounting from India .

Inviting CPA's based in the U.S. for such a joint venture for a mutual benefit

You might want to check but I think if you outsource the work you now are required to inform your clients that you are doing so.  A large regional firm was doing that in our area and stopped once that had to nofiy their clients they were sending their work to India.
