BECKER!  Becker is a little expensive, but if CPA is what you want, then Becker's the way to go.  I'd suggest taking a live class for FARE, so you can stay on schedule because the amount of material is sooo much.

ive always been told not to take live classes because they basically just play the same video you get with the online/cd class.

and i would only go with becker if someone else is paying for it.

check out gleim, wiley, and bisk.

I used Becker. I had the Passmaster Self Study software, the flash cards, and
for FAR I had the Final Review software. Worked great for me!

1st- i got the wiley books bc they are affordable (last summer)
2nd- this past fall i got a job which paid for Becker

overall i would say i like the format of the becker book much more, but becker books do not include hw questions, those are part of the software.

Whiley books include everything in one deal, book with mc questions, sims and practice exam.

i have been following the becker program(at home with cd's) and supplementing with the whiley questions.

if you are on a budget and dont have a grand to spend on becker, i would try to find some used books and use them to learn the material, and then use wiley for the HW questions.
