Personally, I don't touch my books the day before the test...  I figure if I don't know it by then, it's too late to learn it ;)

If you have already learnt all the material, i would just re-read to make sure its sticking to your memory.  I also do some of the questions that I have marked, and have repeatedly gotten wrong.  I kind of do a lot of last minute reading cos I have very short term memory, and what I read last is the most fresh in my mind.  So stuff that you feel you keep forgetting, just go over it as many times as possible.  But if you feel you already know everything you need to know, take it easy, watch some TV and sleep well:-) unfortunately, im not one of those...

Do many people really not look at the material the day before the exam? My exam is tomorrow and I am looking over all my notes again and working some practice problems.

I still have no clue how to feel about the exam. I did really great on the released multi's but when I take a practice exam using the Wiley software I don't do as great. I've heard that some of Wiley's questions (especially on commercial paper) are more involved then you will see on the exam.

I think right now I am mainly concerned about the simulations. I have a feeling I will get one on non liquidating and liquidating distributions...I need to look over that stuff again. I feel like I know it but then again sometimes I doubt myself.

But as everyone tells me..."You have done as much as you can...as long as you try your hardest that's all you can do". I agree :)
