Most of you might be aware of the AIG bonuses right . Now Congress is planning to put 90% tax on those bonuses .

However I heard some people who got those $1 million bonuses are from U.K . I mean U.K residents who file taxes in U.K   , would that make any difference to them .

Will they pay higher tax on this foreign income  or is it only the U.S. bonus receivers who get effected .
