I plan to retake REG in May, but I cannot focus on the study. Do you think I need to take another test (for example, BEC) before REG? I feel that it is so hard to review the old material because I feel bored about it.

I know how you feel, blueant. It may help taking some time away from REG right now. Forcing yourself to retake it while your interest level is at an all time low may end up cost you some valuable time.

But you want to make sure that are "pumped up" for whatever section you are going to take instead. Otherwise, taking a break from one "boring" section and jump on another "boring" section would defeat the whole purpose of a break.

I am glad I didn't have to retake REG. It woulda been a nightmare to study for it again, especially business law.

I know it is not easy to regether your self and study with the same interest as you did the first time. I would suggest make a plan for your self and study both subject side by side and give REG exam first. In this way, when ever you feel bored etc. you can switch to BEC and vice versa.

Thanks,
