Hi Guys,

This is a general question for everyone. I went to a show on Friday night and I was standing right by the speakers. The sounds was real loud and my hears were hurting. I was there for about 1 hour. My ears have been ringing since then and I am having a difficult time studying. Has this ever happend to anyone? Is there anything I can do about. Sorry this question is not really related to the exam directly.

I am just wondering, if the ears were hurting and the noise was too loud, why would you continue standing there for an hour?  Anyway, yes this has happened to me before, but I was not standing next to the speakers, however it was loud and it caused a ringing in my ears for some afterwards.  It should go away after some time.

It was really crowded and difficult for me to move. I feel really stupid for standing near the speakers. But there were so many people near the speakers that I did not think it was such a big deal! How long did your ears ring for? Was that the first time your ears were ringing? Thanks for your reply
