sorry if this has been asked a million times ( i couldnt find it) but what tax year do you study for REG? I am taking it in march or april. Should I study 2009 or 2010? My text is 2008 but i've been looking at the update list. how do you keep up with the changes in tax law?

2009, update list from becker is all you need. I posted a link to it in the jan/feb window thread if you need it (page 7)

Don't worry about the phase-outs . I never heard they were tested not a single one. Be familiar with the tiny details and concepts that might throw you off. look at the last window's posts and reading people's experiences will help. Good luck!
