A bunch of taxes were left to expire on January 1st. For example the death tax is expired but will return in 2011, will it be tested this year then? I know a bunch of other taxes expired also, but can't find the list.

as far as I know, recently expired or changed taxes would not be tested for a while or changed numbers will be given.

I think estate tax will still be in the pool because it's coming back in 2011.
